Computers operating under the new Chrome OS are to be deprived of the Caps Lock key. In return, users will get the key to start the search engine.
According to Google's assurances, users do not need the Caps Lock key, however those who can't live without it, will be able to turn on the Caps Lock key again. In the instruction manual for the netbook Cr-48 there is a smallprint text for people who miss the Caps Lock. To turn it on, one simply needs to go to system settings and change the default fro web browser to capital letters.
